Sweet newborn Delaney came to my natural light studio in Carver on a sunny summer morning for her first close up photos. After doing her parents family photos for the past few years with their 2 pups, it was so fun (and weird) see them with a human baby. This little peanut was an absolute dream for her session, as she curled up and snoozed the whole time! Delaney's full head of dark hair is so beautiful and we couldn't resist adding some bows and headbands. Seeing as Delaney's dad is a police officer, it was fun to incorporate different parts of his uniform and equipment into some of the photos - including a little baby knit police officer outfit of her own. She even held onto the little knitted handcuffs like she knew what she was doing. Some of my favorite shots were with the baby quilt made by Delaney's Great Grandma Marlene, which will match the baby's room perfectly! Delaney was so snuggly in that basket. Before we could wrap up, we stepped outside into the bright and beautiful day to get some family photos; Delaney looked particularly tiny in her dad's big hands! What a sweet little peanut. Welcome to the world, Miss Delaney!
